Hesham - Educator
Hello everyone, my name is Hesham and I work as an Educator at Dubai Aquarium & Underwater Zoo. Part of my job is to talk about all the amazing animals our guests see when they visit us. I’m also a School Group Educator, which means I get to work with thousands of school children that come and visit throughout the year. I’m often asked why I chose to work with kids, and without hesitation, I say "No matter what mood I’m in when I come to work, I'm sure to meet at least 30 children, and without fail, at least one of them makes me smile. And when they leave with one or two facts about the animals and fish, I feel I've done something important. I believe that if you have the gift of teaching, you should be generous. The smile on their faces is reward enough.
Ahmed - Bookings Officer
Hi everyone! My name is Ahmed and I'm the Booking Officer at Dubai Aquarium & Underwater Zoo. Since my first day in this role, I've built many relationships with numerous schools and their components. "Can we meet Ahmed?" is the common question I’m asked by many principles and teachers during their visit. This gives me confidence, enthusiasm and strengthens me to continue in the best job that I have ever had.
